A transplant from New York and New England. LYNN MEYER, Broker, is one of the original partners of Clasby Meyer Real Estate, now Cross Meyer Realty. She is a graduate of Vassar College, and has been involved in social science, and research and disaster preparedness, before she came to real estate. Since 1980 she has been active in helping buyers and sellers of residential property throughout Miami Dade County. Lynn began by specializing in the academic community, University of Miami and Florida International University, particularly helping newcomers to the area. Over the years Lynn's love of real estate has broadened to include probate/estates where she compassionately assists grieving families through the difficult process of selling the family home.

Arianna (Ari) Sasso

Another native Miamian, ARIANNE (ARI) SASSO Broker, started her career at the age of 7 when she would accompany her mother, who was also in real estate, at open houses. Following in her mother's footsteps Ari became a licensed realtor-associate in 1989. A resident of Pinecrest, fluent in Spanish, and a graduate of Miami Dade College, Ari has spent more than twenty years in the legal field as a legal assistant, understands the legal processes involved in a real estate transactions and the nuances of negotiating a contract from both sides. While maintaining constant involvement in the ever changing real estate market, in 2000 Ari moved on to become Director of Marketing for LCS Direct Mail Company where her marketing skills were expanded, giving her enhanced ability to help sellers to market their home, providing for more rapid sales. First associated with real estate companies Stadler and then Fortune International, Ari joined Clasby Meyer Real Estate in 2001, (now Cross Meyer Realty), and became a partner in 2006, bringing a new energy to the company.

Born to a diplomatic family in New York, CAROLINA BALLAS is no stranger to moving.  She started globetrotting at a young age, making at some point or another the beautiful cities of Cape Town, Seoul, Tel Aviv, Bangkok, Sydney and Santiago her place of residence.  After obtaining a degree in Business Administration at the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, she worked at Citi (now Banco de Chile) managing relationships with Corporate Multinationals, before following her husbands footsteps to Miami.  Looking for a balance in family and work, she has found to live her love for economics and finance through Real Estate, together with the joy of helping others, especially those new to the area, of settling in and finding a place to call home.
